Sale Ambassador Dianne Honey
Dianne became a WAW Ambassador earlier this year when WAW held their first event outside of Bairnsdale in June. Dianne grew up in a large household where everything was reused and repurposed. Everything had another use once its initial life’s purpose had expired. It’s from this thrifty background that Dianne’s interest in the environment and the 5 R’s has developed. WAW fits into her philosophy. She’s passionate about improving the world’s environmental health. She believes one small action step at a time by millions of people will help achieve this. She is a member of CWA Victoria, photographer and writer.
Traralgon Ambassador Margie BARRETT-POOLE
Margie is dedicated to the health and wellness of body, mind and spirit. A Remedial Massage Therapist and body worker with 15 years experience, Margie continues to add to her knowledge with ongoing education in bodywork.
Practicing from her Latrobe Valley home, she enjoys spending time in her garden producing food to prepare in her family kitchen. Her yoga practice is important to her well being, and Margie believes good individual health stems from a healthy environment and community.

Natasha with the support of her family has made changes in her own consumer ways, starting with cloth nappies and second hand baby clothes, where from there simple green swaps have taken over the household. Natasha and her family are now trying to do all they can to reduce their waste, shop more mindfully, and produce more of their own food. Natasha also has a passion of creating often utilising existing garments and textiles to create new items or refashion existing items to adapt to her lifestyle.
